ANSWER: Usually we have a New Batch starting every second month. But as we have limited seats in every batch so students are suggested to do registration as soon as they are sure about joining the institute and then they can choose their date of starting the classes from upcoming batches

ANSWER: If you miss any of your class then you can take the same without any extra charges in other ongoing or upcoming batch but in this case student would need to keep the track of Class on same topic in different batch, that is the responsibility of student which they can check from concerned faculty

19.   The fees is refundable or not?

ANSWER: No charges or fees is refundable in any case

20.   What is the difference in 1.5 Month and 3 Months Air Ticketing Course or GDS Course?

ANSWER: 1.5 Month Air Ticketing Course gives limited practice on live system and 3 months course gives 1 month additional practice on live system of air ticketing. Students of 3 months course can come for practical classes even after finishing their course without any extra charges, at the other hand students of 1.5 Month duration course do not get this facility

21.   What is the difference between Aviation & Foundation Diploma?

ANSWER: Aviation Diploma has less fees, foundation diploma has higher fees. Foundation Diploma covers everything linked with Travel Package, Tour Guide, Travel Manager Work which is not part of Aviation Diploma. There are more chances of Trips and Outdoor Activities in Foundation Diploma. Students of Foundation Diploma even learns how to start their own travel agency and if they decide to start their travel agency they get life time assistance

22.   What is the difference between Foundation and Advance Diploma?

ANSWER: Advance Diploma has high fees and more of practical training and more of Destination Training with far more outdoor trainings. Students of Advance Diploma usually makes starts job from managerial level. Moreover there is Guarantee of International Trip in Advance Diploma whereas in Foundation Diploma there is no Guarantee of International Trip

23.   Which course should I take if i want to start my own Travel Agency?

ANSWER: Yes there are class tests, surprise exams and final examinations. Exams are part of every course

ANSWER: Minimum 50% should be scored to pass in any exam

28.   What are the chances of failing in exams?

29.   If I fail in my exams?

ANSWER: If it is your class test or surprise test then it won’t matter much but it will definitely reduce your overall percentage. If it is your final exam and you fails in that, in such case student can still take Participation Diploma and our process of providing job remains same. Or student can pay re-examination fees to give exam again

30.   I am Graduate which course should I take?

ANSWER: The best course for Graduates is Advance or Foundation Diploma. But Graduates are eligible to take up any course

31.   I am only 10th pass can I do course from The Tourism School

ANSWER: Yes but in this case there won’t be any Guarantee of Job

32.   What are the class timings?

ANSWER: Usually we have 3 batches in a day 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 12 to 2 PM, 3 to 5 PM and only for Entrepreneur we even have late evening classes

33.   Are their any weekend classes or only Sunday Classes?

ANSWER: Yes but in this case student needs to pay the full fees in advance and would need to wait for minimum 30 Days from the date of paying the fees, to start the classes

34.   How many students are there in a class?

ANSWER: It depends on topic to topic. It can be 3 to 5 also, 10 to 15 also and maximum 20 to 25. Like if there is something completely practical in regard to air ticketing, then there could be only 3 to 5 students. If there is a real group training then it can be a group of 25 people also

35.   How many classes in a week?

ANSWER: This also depends course to course. Usually 3 classes are mandatory in all the courses + 2 More Classes students are suggested to take for doing the practical work in the institute. Practical Practice Classes happens in second half between 3 to 6 PM and never happens on Saturdays
